NOTE: Bidders are prohibited from directly contacting the NEITI Secretariat in Abuja, Nigeria (regardless of the form of such contact, including telephonic, email, postal mail, or in person), members of the National Stakeholders Working Group, or the tender managers regarding the subject matter or procedures associated with this tender, or any matters which may have a reasonable likelihood of otherwise influencing the conduct of the tender or its outcome. Any communications other than in the form or through the channels specified above between Bidders, either directly or through their agents, and any person associated directly or indirectly with the NEITI Secretariat, NSWG, or the tender managers, may result in the disqualification of that Bidder from further consideration in the tender without further recourse to that Bidder.
